Please Note:

Sarah's juice has a shelf life of one year, beyond that flavour and nutrition will be compromised.  Refrigeration is needed only after the bottle is opened, once opened please use up the juice in 7 days for optimal flavour and nutrition.

And of course refrigeration is recommended before serving for best flavour.

Alcohol-Free Recipes

Peachshadow.jpgSarah's Peach Cooler

  • 300 ml pear juice
  • 300 ml peach juice
  • 300 ml tonic water
  • Ice
  • Straw

Mix together and add ice.  Add a slice of peach and strawberry for garnish.

  • 1 part Sarah's Peach juice
  • 1 part Sarah's Apricot juice
  • Ginger Ale
  • Ice
  • Fruit slices to decorate and swizzle sticks

Mix peach and apricot together in a tall glass, put in some ice cubes and top up with ginger ale. Garnish with fresh fruit and swizzle stick. Stir.

  • 3 parts Sarah's Peach juice
  • 1 part Sarah's Apricot juice
  • 1 part evaporated milk

Shake ingredients together and serve in an elegant glass for a sophisticated alcohol-free alternative drink.

Pearshadow.jpgA Pear of Surprises

  • 300 ml Sarah's Pear juice
  • 1 banana (chopped)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 200 ml soda water

Blend until smooth, pour into two tall glasses.  Serve just as it is - a cool treat for two

  • 2 parts Sarah's Peach juice
  • 1 part tea- cooled
  • ice
  • mint leaves

Shake together peach juice and cooled tea.  Pour over lots of ice and decorate with a sprig of mint.

Mangoshadow.jpgSarah's Mango and Orange Surprise

  • 2 parts Sarah's Mango juice
  • Soda Water
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Slice of orange
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Mix mango juice, juice of 1 orange and soda water together.  Pour over ice cubes and decorate with orange slice

  • 2 parts Sarah's Peach juice
  • 2 part Sarah's Apricot juice
  • Dash of Grenadine
  • Sparkling Mineral Water
  • Crushed Ice
  • Slice of orange and lemon to garnish

Moisten top 1 cm of highball glasses with lemon juice and dip into natural cane sugar (ground).  Mix all ingredients well in a cocktail shaker.  Pour into the glasses and garnish.

Bar Recipes

  • 3/4 oz. White Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Coconut Rum
  • 4 oz. Sarah's Peach juice

Shake well and serve over ice.

  • 3 oz. Sparkling White Wine or Champagne
  • 3 oz. Sarah's Pear juice

Stir lightly and serve in Champagne Glass.

Shake well and serve over ice.

  • 3/4 oz. White Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Coconut Rum

  • 3 oz. Sarah's Guava juice
